Reassured?: You may already trust that your heart is not the problem, but if not, do have tests that will satisfy you. Then - yes - stop ER visits. The amitriptyline alone has cardiac side effects and in combo they can be heightened. Consider requesting a different antidepressant and plan Rx to avoid such side effect risks. Best wishes!
