Potentially great: Wii fit games are inherently physically interactive. Anytime you are up moving your extremities in a safe repetitive fashion, you are burning energy. If your endurance (ability to keep playing at a sustained pace) improves with time, you are indeed increasing your overall aerobic fitness.
