Need doctor help! is my puncture wound from a thorn infected? how can you tell?

Check Redness/tender: Infectins will be red, tender, and swollen. Hot compresse will help to bring it to a head and relieve the pressure. Topical antibiotics will keep the puncture draining so any infection does not get trapped deep. Make sure your tetanus shot is up to date.
