I'm diabetic, have a tiny, almost pinprick size wound on a toe, should i treat or seek tx from my doctor? it's not infected.

Toe wound: Do you have diabetic neuropathy? How did you get this wound? Is it possible there is a foreign object lodged in the skin? On the one hand, you don't need to see the doc for every minor "pinprick", but if there is any doubt or anything unusual, then you should.
