Had a large right leg turf burn wound that got infected july 4th. i was on cephalxin this whole month, untill 7/28/2021. i went to a clinic and he precribed me a bactrim. i went to another doc, and he said it was not infected anymore.white still?

The Dr who gave you Bactria was likely concerned about possible MRSA infection - usually wound would have redness/swelling/pus with that. If white material is firm, not pushing, it could be fibrous changes of healing process, & wound may indeed not be infected now. It is impossible for us to say without seeing it, but if no pain/redness/pus it may be progressing toward healing

Was wound culture ever obtained on the burn wound? In addition you may also have symptoms such as fever, chills etc. if infected.
