Prolactinoma: Prolactin-secreting pituitary adenomas can usually be treated without surgery. The medications used are Cabergoline or bromocriptine. These usually can normalize the prolactin, shrink the tumor, and restore the person to normal. You probably want to see an endocrinologist.
