Can you have a prolactinoma without galactorrhea? if yes, how common is this? its been five years already?

Galactorrhea is a very common symptom of prolactinoma. However, even with high prolactin levels, it's stated that up to 50% may not have it. Of course, with lack of prolactin production, no galactorrhea occurs. Do you have high prolactin levels?
