I'm starting to think my 3 month old has scoliosis. what should i do?

Why ?: In more than 3 decades of pediatric practice, I have never seen an infant with scoliosis. There are rare kids born with some abnormalities of some vertebrae, but i don't see haw it would be evident at 3 months. Are you using the right term?
