no approved medicati: If you have been diagnosed with steatohepatitis [ fatty liver causing elevated liver enzymes] and you are thin, there is no current approved medication available.

Options modified...: Fatty liver is typically due to obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, too much alcohol, or a combination of these. Clearly weight loss is not your answer, but perhaps the other risk factors listed need to be addressed and/or treated?
