My sgot is 99 and sgpt is 109 and my weight is 93 and mild fatty liver .which medicine should i take please help me.

Options modified...: Fatty liver is typically due to obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, too much alcohol, or a combination of these. Clearly weight loss is not your answer, but perhaps the other risk factors listed need to be addressed and/or treated?
