How long can a 74 year old live with an enlarged heart? he has had surgery to repair valve needs a new one and pace maker and refuses all.

Depends: This really depends on the circumstances. Important factors to consider are what valve is involved, how abnormal is it currently, how enlarged the heart is, and how the heart is functioning now. Even knowing all this though it is really challenging to give an accurate prognosis because every patient is so different. I hope this helps.
