I'm 37 years old, female. i had an open heart surgery and had my valves repaired in 2013. my bp is always below 100/70. is it safe to have a baby?

Generally yes: Your blood pressure and having had heart surgery should not be a problem. If you had valve survey you may have been on a blood thinner. If still on a blood thinner, some changes in your treatment may be necessary but not contraindicated for pregnancy
