B12/Gluten problem?: About 1/2 of the population has difficulty with b vitamin metabolism, and regular b vitamins may not help. Since genetic mthfr testing may be expensive, you can take phosphorylated b complex and see if that helps fatigue - can take 3-6 months. Another cause can be wheat gluten sensitivity - try going without wheat for a week ; see if that increases energy. Last, sleep apnea?
