Rest: Your symptoms could be from fatigue or illness. In either case; rest, good nutrition and hydration is the path toward feeling better. Hopefully others in the family will be feeling better soon and can help take on some of the burden. If not, ask close friends or family to help out an afternoon or two so you get some relief. Get well!

Sleep: You probably are just over fatigued yourself! All that stress and lack of sleep and taking care of a baby will definitely do all that to you. Have you taken anything for your back pain like acetaminophen or ibuprofen or naproxen? I would suggest 500mg naproxen twice a day and some heat to the upper back and do your best to catch up on your sleep. Best of luck to you.
