Probably viral URI: If your baby continues alert, responding appropriately and eating somewhat they should get progressively better, but if there is any question in your mind, the baby continues to cough, develops fever, has trouble breathing, shows change in sleepiness or lack of intake gets worse have them see a pediatrician asap.
