The nasal congestion may affect your baby's taste sensation. Keep nasal passages clear with baby nasal saline drops and gentle suction. Feed at an angle and continue to nurse or feed as usual. Monitor temperature and please see your Pediatrician. The cough should be evaluated and post nasal drip is a common cause. If there is a fever or respiratory distress, pneumonia should be evaluated.
