Hmm.: The newer affirma test should bring your risk of thyroid cancer down to 5%, but this is a larger nodule with vascularity and it isn't unreasonable to get it out. It would be definitive for diagnosis, especially if you don't want to follow it long term. Totally up to you and your c.
