Lipids and insulin: Zyprexa might lead to more change in lipids and Insulin resistance than abilify, (aripiprazole) because Abilify (aripiprazole) is supposedly more weight neutral. However, Abilify (aripiprazole) can still create these effects, and increase likelihood of metabolic syndrome.
