I was taking zyprexa for 1 year.6 months after i stopped it had a 2nd maniac episode.now i am taking abilify (aripiprazole) for a year.can i cut it without a 3rd ep.?

I suggest you forge a relationship with your treating psychiatrist and trust their recommendations regarding your medications rather than making unilateral and possibly harmful decisions. Maintenance treatment is recommended even in the absence of active symptoms.
