See your doc: It makes sense you are tired by afternoon....Sleep is a big issue for millions of people. Sleep hygiene is something that needs to be addressed. The bedroom feds to be dark and cool. There should not be lots of led displays. Get tv, computer, bright displays out of the room. The bed is for sleeping. Do not read or do other things in bed. Do not eat heavy meals before bed. Deep breathing to relax.
