Is it bad to sleep 8 and a half to 9 (the most) hours? just curious lately i've been over sleeping a bit due to just feeling lazy in the cold temps

8-9 hrs sleep is OK: If you are feeling lazy you might consider being more physically active. You might want to increase your activity a bit. Start out with a manageable increase and proceed from there. Check with your physician if you have medical problems which may be adversely affected by increased exercise first. Try to eat a healthier. If still feeling "lazy" after a few weeks you might consult with your docto.

It is normal: If you are productive, healthy and happy on 8-9 hours of sleep so your habitual sleep times are normal.
