SRBD: Sleep related breathing disorder can cause the symptoms described. Your airway may be compromised, causing poor quality sleep or inadequate amounts of sleep. See a physician or dentist trained in sleep medicine. If none available, get an over-the-counter mouthpiece to bring the lower jaw forward when sleeping.
