Here's a link: www.greentidings.org is a site that has helpful advice. Some doctors can find ways to help - many can't. Same w/ alternative approaches. Try anything you can - maybe you'll hit it for your case. Vit d is good, but always combine with healthy fat (oils) since it needs that to be absorbed. Other do's and don'ts are on the link.

Muscle tone: Fibromyalgia pain arises, IMO based on my clinical research, from chronic widespread muscle spasm & attendant trigger points & tendonitis foci, which arise in great part from asymmetric body postures related to ligament injuries of major joints, most prominently a sacroiliac joint. Aquatherapy, gentle Yoga, medicinal cannabis, both internally and as a topical massaged into warm-prepared skin.
