Not a DIY project: Gum disease and many dental problems are infections which can worsen and spread, affecting organ systems in other parts of the body. Other problems are brought on by malrelationships and malfunction that can cause localized damage. Your dentist has years of training and experience to evaluate and, if necessary treat or refer to specialists for treatment. Please call dentist for examination now.
