Lymph nodes: React to infection and other issues, as they are the receptacles of drainage from an adjacent problem. Your answer is : likely the same nodes. The cervical (neck) nodes under the lower jaw are responsible for accepting exudates from dental infections/problems and also ear issues. If you have sore / symptomatic nodes see your pcp and/or dentist for eval to figure out the source!

The same ones: Sounds like you should be evaluated by both your dentist and if indicated a gum specialist, a periodontist) and also by your physician (and if indicated an ear/nose/throat specialist). Swollen glands indicate infection. You have to find the source in oder to know the appropriate treatment.
