Cellulitis and skin: Post cellulitis there may be a discoloration of the skin including redness or a brownish discoloration due to the healing process. If the skin infection went deep into the dermis, there can be some "scarring" of the tissues. One must treat the skin with topicals such as Vitamin E cream and Zinc to help the skin recover after a cellulitis.
