Can cellulitis be covered up with a ace bandage or something?

Please clarify: Do you mean can you cover a cellulitis under treatment or could a bandage mask a cellulitis where it would not be seen ? I would not want to cover a cellulitis since having it visible allows close monitoring. Frequent checks under any bandaged site is important to spot an emerging problem.
