Need to take Vit D: Everyone in northern california becomes deficient in d over the winter months if you don't supplement with it, as it's impossible to get much d from sun exposure in fall ; winter ; diet doesn't supply enough. I don't know what 12 wk tmnt you took- i'm guessing d2. Adults need to take 5-8000 iu of d3 every day in fall ; winter to get optimal levels- this won't be toxic. See http://bit.Ly/166dliq.
