Fatigue: Lab tests are normal. Differential diagnosis includes obstructive sleep apnea, depression, insomnia, other issues. First, ask someone else (spouse? significant other?) if you snore at night, then if yes get a Sleep Study. Sleep Apnea is very common issue that causes all your symptoms.
