A member asked:

Sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night not being able to breath , it's only about a couple seconds though . could it be asthma?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe: If you have allergies and your nose is congested, it may make you feel out of breath at night, but you also have asthma and it is usually worse at night. You should seriously consider consulting an allergist to control your symptoms.
