Bad coughing fit.: The feeling that your couldn't breath is concerning. If you still feel as though you have trouble breathing, please get urgent help. Doubt that you just developed asthma but there are many conditions to worry about including: sleep apnea, pertussis, tonsillitis, epiglottitis, abscess (tonsillar/pharyngeal), and infections lower in the airways or lung (like bronchitis or pneumonia).
