Could be: 90% of all people have asthma have exercise as a trigger. The symptoms usually occur about 6 into aerobic exercise. Symptoms are problems exhaling, cough, wheeze, shortness of breath or chest tightness. With rest, the symptoms resolve. An allergist or pulmonologist can perform exercise lung function testing to confirm or rule out exercise induced bronchospasm (asthma). There is good treatment.
