How long would it take for small fractures to start healing on an infant?

Fast: Growing infants heal much faster than adults. Bone is one of the most dynamic parts of our bodies and heals quickly. However, it does take longer for bone to regain full strength. Most orthopedic surgeons remove casts for simple fractures after 3 weeks or so.
