Should not increase: Some low pelvic pain and pressure along with some difficulty urinating can occur but 2 days out from the procedure it should be getting better and not worse. You should call your doctor who did the cystoscopy and see if he wants you to return for evaluation. You should do this as soon as possible.

See answer: Common to have some mild discomfort, burning, urinary frequency, and possible mild bleeding for 24-48 hours after an uncomplicated cystoscopy unassociated with any bladder hydrodistension or urethral dilation. Persistent or increasing symptoms may suggest development of a UTI or other problem. Recommend you call your urologist if such is the case.
