Urinary infection: Nitrites in urine strongly suggest infection. You need antibiotic treatment and if infections are recurrent, you might need medication to sterilize your urine after each episode of sex, or even every day. Drink lots of fluids, make sure you void after sex, and always be intentional about complete bladder emptying.
