Hypothyroid: It sounds like your thyroid is failing. As the T4 level falls, the TSH goes up. Your doctor started you on 25 mcg, but that is a very low dose, and likely was not enough to replace what your thyroid is not making, and over the ensuing 2 months, your thyroid has failed further. You may want to see an endocrinologist about this.
