TYLENOL (acetaminophen) / IBUPROFEN: Tylenol (acetaminophen) dose will be between 600 to 800 mg every 4-6 hourly. If you have 500 mg/15 ml, can give him 18-20 ml each time. Other option for fever with ear infection will be ibuprofen, it will work as anti inflammatory. Dose will be 600 mg every 6-8 hourly.
