Yes: It is perfectly fine to give these three medications in combination. It's actually an excellent way you are doing it. Give the meds specific for the symptoms the child has, rather than multi symptom medicines that have a bunch of ingredients, n including many your child may NOT need. Dose appropriately based on child's weight- please do NOT underdose or overdose....also remember lots of cuddles.

Yes: I don't think the benadryl would provide any benefit but all three can be used in this condition. Antihistamines like benadryl can thicken the middle ear mucus and slow how fast the fluid disappears from that space. Not much difference in the long run if the kid needs it for another problem like allergies.
