Not a good idea: While there is no direct interaction between the active ingredient thc and what i assume you refer to as warfarin (blood thinner) the risk of injury and unintended bleeding increases with any substance that affects judgement, coordination, and balance which will happen with marijuana. So, no, i don't think it is ok, but that's just me.
