37 and 29 days ago i smoked 1 cigarette of cannabis i am not a chronic user i have a healthy lifestyle and i've only used it twice in my total life. i have job appointment. they may ask for the drug test. can it be detected in my blood?

It is unlikely that a blood or urine sample would detect a brief/limited exposure from 37/29 days ago. If they did a hair sample it may be detected.
