Unlikely, unless . .: If the doctor also orders a screen for specific drugs and alcohol level, these results would show up. If testing only for cbc, tsh, and free t4, they would not. If you're concerned about positive drug & alcohol testing, best to stay away from using those substances -- especially at age 15.

CBC results normal except MCHC at 30.9. Iron Binding Cap TIBC at 360 / 399. Ferritin at 8.7. Vitamin D at 27.10. TSH at 2.98. Thyroid Peroxidase AB at 62. Free T4 at 0.7. Any cause for concern? Im overall well, but seeing GI for some abdominal pain?

I recently had blood work done due to chronic low-grade fevers, diarrhea. CBC normal, CBC with differential abnormal, TSH 4.50, CRP 10. The other blood test came back normally. With chronic anxiety, I am extremely worried. Any advice? Its a holiday?
