Marijuana blood test: Most drug tests use urine, which reveals traces of substances and their metabolites longer than blood. This is the case with marijuana also. The more frequently you use marijuana, the longer it remains in your system. You might "pass" a blood test, but possibly not a urine one. A more important question: why use a potentially dangerous substance in the first place?

Probably, however...: As my colleague dr. Pappas mentions, marijuana is almost always tested in urine rather than blood, so someone would almost certainly pass a blood test but is more likely to face a urine test. If one does not smoke it regularly and only used a bit 2 weeks ago they would probably pass a urine test, but if they are a regular smoker who only stopped 2 weeks ago they might not pass it.
