I had an enlarged lymph biopsied with abnormal results and they want to remove it, but it's shrunk to almost normal size. could it be cancer?

Abnormal biopsies: Generally mean that the pathologist has identified cancer cells or precancerous cells that could become cancer cells. Even if the lymph node has decreased in size, that doesn't mean the cells that make it up have become benign. Best to follow doctors recommendation and have it removed.
