Lung CA? Not good: I assume you are talking lung cancer, no? It is usually bad news to have lung cancer to begin with, and having a positive node makes things worse. Still, if you had surgery, I assume there was no definite evidence of spread so you have a fighting chance. It is possible your doctor will offer you post operative chemo.
