Unclear: 3 cm is pretty big for a jugulogastric node (?) - i assume this is a jugulodigastric lymph node. Risk of serious disease depends on underlying medical issues, smoking, medications, infections, other lymph nodes, etc. Etc. You should ask your primary md to help you evaluate.
