Many reasons: Although it is possible to have endometrial implants in the GI tract, other more common reasons for your age could be hemorrhoids, anal fissures, polyps, or tears. Definitely see your doc who can perform an exam, refer you to a GI doc for evaluation and more importantly, peace of mind especially if you have concerns. Take care.
