Endometrioma cyst what does that diagnosis mean? does it also mean i have endometriosis? getting fed up with no answers from my doctor!

Yes: Endometriosis is presence of endometrium outside of the uterus. When it is found on the ovaries, its considered endometrioma. Once they get larger, you'll need surgical procedure to remove them. Smaller cysts and lesions can be managed with medications.
