Yes: Endometriosis can affect the ureters, muscles and nerves in the back. Even involvement of the ovaries and uterus can cause back pain. Commonly, the bladder can be affected and frequent urination is a symptom.

Yes: You can get both pain and some urinary complaints with endometriosis you should also be evaluated to see if and seeding to bladder and to make sure there are no other causes of your frequency.
