Fertility: Most patients with endometriosis are still able to get pregnant. Some can not especially if the endometriosis is affecting the fallopian tubes. You can discuss your specific case with your doctor who made the diagnosis and staging. They should be able to provide insight for you. Each case should be analyzed individually
