Possibly: Endometrioma removal can alleviate a lot of pain if it was the sole source of your problems. Unfortunately, it rarely cures endometriosis but it should be controlled. If OCP use eliminates your pain when you don't have a withdrawal bleed (a period), you may benefit from continuous OCPs and try to eliminate your cycles. There are several medical options for you, talk to your Doc & see what's best.
