Toss-up: Greek yogurt has more protein and both have some amount of probiotics, which are healthy bacteria to maintain a healthy gut. They probably make no difference for someone your age. Beware of any additives to either yogurt such as fruits and sugar as they make the product less healthy. Limit your dairy in general, but if you pressed for an answer, i would say greek is slightly better.

Go Greek!: Compared to regular yogurt, greek yogurt has more protein and less sugar, both of which are healthier aspects. I advise choosing plain yogurt ; adding fresh fruit instead of yogurt that has sugars ; fruit already added. I also advise choosing organic yougurt or at least avoiding brands with rbgh (recombinant bovine growth hormone). See http://bit.Ly/19xax7e.
